Paleo diet
Hi girls.
About a week ago, I started Paleo dieting.
I never ever in my entire life had acne but since I started this type of food regime I have pimples in my forehead, in my chin, and Idk face in general.
Of any of you who tried or follows paleo diet, is this happened to you?
