advice please!

I'm currently 3dpo and AF isn't due for another 10 days (if glow is correct on both counts). On days 4 and 5 of ovulating, I had pink in egg white CM. I had a really sharp pain in my lower abdomen that started right before the pink in the CM. I've been slightly cramping everyday since, my breasts have been a little tender, I've mostly not been eating because I feel naseous at all parts of the day, when I crave food I want it as soon as possble, I've been extremely tired, and I've been having a lot of dizzy spells. I've taken hpt's but all have been negative. Does anyone know what could be going on with me?????
