36 weeks, inner thigh/groin pain?

Hi there ladies!! Just wondering if anyone is having or had inner groin/upper thigh pain later in pregnancy? I'm just shy of 36 weeks and over the last few days my groin is so sore i cant even lift one leg to roll over in bed 😐 just another thing preventing a good night's sleep haha 😊 any info from previous or current experience would be great 😊

Yes! Oh my goodness it is painful to get in and out of bed or turn over due to this thigh and pelvis pain.  I'm only 35 weeks, seems like a long time to have to deal with this going on... but so close to the end at the same time 
 
My poor husband has to listen to me complain every night.... but offers massages to help me out.

goodness ladies it sounds like we are all in the wars a bit with this pelvic pain!! thanks heaps for taking the time to answer! i agree it does sound SPD like, i was told i had that already but this felt a bit different but in hindsight its probably just the same issue causinh different pains 😊 lucky us haha

I have this. .both my midwife said SPD...said there's not really much that can be done about it, but can refer me to physio for exercises. I refused and said I'd persevere for another 4 weeks if there's not really much that can be done to help

I have exactly this. Like a aching pain in between my thighs up into my groin. It's awful. My midwife says it's just hormones loosening ligaments in your pelvis so it can separate enough for babies head to pass through 😫

Sounds like SPD. So Fricken painful. I get it every once in a while.. So much so that I can't move without wanting to scream in pain

I actually asked a doctor that I work with about that (not an OB doc but an ER doc) and he said it's probably from the hormone relaxin that is gearing up. I've been having that same pain.

Me! It hurts so bad! I can't tell if I pulled something or it was from just wearing heels in general. So painful!
