When does the doctor start checking how far you dilated ? How many weeks or months ? Im just asking I haven’t got checked for that yet

Mine starts at 36 weeks and will check weekly until baby comes.

Typically around 36 weeks however not every doctor even does it. It isn't necessary at all it's more for shits and giggles and curiosity. Some doctors will only do it if there a problem and it is necessary.

36-38+ weeks usually. But some doctor's don't check at all until active labor.

Every doctor is different , my doctor will only check at 38 weeks and then again if I have an appointment on my due date .
