I decided to sign out of Facebook and instagram for a while. Seeing all the pregnancy and new baby photos makes me too upset. I have to say, it's definitely helping. It still really hurts when I see pregnant women at work or shopping or wherever, but cutting out Facebook and instagram is definitely helping ease my tension. I highly recommend it if you're tense and upset while TTC!
