Faint line

I've been trying for 8month now after having waited 2 yrs since my Stillbirth and trying to not get my hope up for missed AF but I've been throwing up and feeling nauseous the past 2 days so I took a test. Am I crazy or is there a faint line. Is that good or not yet?? It's kinda blurry.

UPDATE: well it turns out it was a false positive. I waited two more days and tested again, came back negative just waiting for AF to come. Heartbreaking 😭
