Anyone take Prozac?

I was prescribed 10mg of Prozac. I haven't started it yet due to side effects I've felt on other meds. It's 10pm and I'm thinking about starting it right now. Is it fine to take at night? Any side effects?

I've been on Prozac but it's been awhile. It's better to take it at night in case you have side effects like getting dizzy or sleepy. 
I personally didn't have any side effects but its different for everyone and every medication is different. I was put on Zoloft and Buspar and those made me soooo dizzy but Prozac never did. It's crazy!

I was on 40mg and had no side effects! My brother didn't either. However, my sister and other brother experienced extra intense depression and suicidal thoughts. Hopefully it works for you! Taking at night is fine, but maybe eat something light, it can hurt your tummy

I take 40mg at 4pm daily and it is the most helpful med I have been on. I haven't had any adverse side effects at all from it. good luck!

Prozac gave me insomnia so I take it at 5am when I wake up but other then that no side effects. Try it, medication is different for everyone but give it some time be patient it could take several weeks before you feel a difference. Good luck!

Meds are great to take at night so you could sleep through the initial possible side effects.
