Did you drop your middle or maiden name when you got married?

Just wondering what's the most common! I'm torn as to which one to go with!

I changed my last name to his, and made my maiden name a second middle name. I did this because I was traveling abroad and didn't have a chance to get a new passport prior to the trip. This made it so much easier because we travel a lot

I think I may drop my middle name. But idk. No hate to anyone but I feel I have a Caucasian name ( Hanna May G******) and my sons dad is Mexican and Hanna May Rodriguez sounds weird. So maybe just Hanna (maiden name) Rodriguez hmmm... idk
