What do you do if your SO snores? 😪 Not talkin cute little breathing sounds, but other-wordly, foundation-rattling snores?

I had my guy go to a sleep clinic and he ended up getting a cpap and diagnosed with sleep apnea. The machine hardly makes noise and I sleep a lot better and so does he.

My guy only snores when hes drunk...theres no stopping it. honestly ive pinched his nose shut until he jerked awake and I played dead

i give my husband a good kick and then he goes 'what?' and i go 'youre snoring roll over' exact same conversation every night of the week. he recently bought a mouth guard type thing to wear at night and OMG he hasn't snored all week long and i haven't been as restless! we are both in better moods for it!

I jostle my husband with my shoulder or elbow and am like "baby you're snoring! turn on your side!" 😖 He stops for like one second and goes back to snoring . Those are my mornings after my alarm goes off. I can't sleep the extra 5 minutes because his snoring keeps me up😩😣

My husband is a heavy sleeper so I have to physically roll him on his side in order to get him to stop he also hogs the covers and smothers me in his sleep all while leaving me only 2 inches of mattress to sleep on but I love every second of it and wouldn't change it for the world. When he was deployed all I wanted was to be able to hear him snoring next to me again ❤️

Kick him until he rolls on his side😂😂😂 I've been sleeping next to him for 8 years though so I'm pretty much immune to it now. The only time I'll actually kick him or call his name is when it gets out of hand or he starts talking in his sleep. Our daughter snores just like him though so I'm pretty much unaffected by it I'll turn her on her side if hers gets out of hand.

I sometimes also nudge him and hand him a pillow and say, "here's a pillow, you're snoring!" And I'll put it under his head to open his airway.

2/3 of the time he's really nice and the other 1/3 he's a jerk and tells me I can move to the couch.
