My journey to become fit
So I used to be a ballet dancer and all fit, but have been out of the game for a year and half since marrying and have a baby. Well yesterday I decided enough was enough that I was gonna loose my baby flab and build a little muscle and just overall make myself feel better, so I started a workout and did it for and hour and half yesterday!☺️🌺 now this is a pretty intense work out, any suggestions on how often a week? I was thinking 2 times a week at least for starting off..
My goal is to loose 10 lbs and gain muscle tone back.
