Tampon leakage???

I'm 15 and I weigh 104lbs and I'm on my period right now and during the day I always wear a super tampon cause I get heavy flows and I even have to wear a pad with it cause after like 3 hours the pad will be filled too! Is there anything I can do?

I was the same way. I just tried to change the tampon before leakage happened. Try after 2.5 hours, if it's still too long then change it after 2 hours. You don't want to leave a full tampon in there too long anyways. It sucks that you'll have to use more during your period but unless you plan to get on some kind of BC I don't know that anything else will help.

eat a spoon full of cococunt oil . it helps reduce heavy flows..... also just maybe wear just pads instead .
