Best way to get over anxiety
I have had anxiety for years and still struggling to deal with it. It is the worst around that time of the month and I am assuming it's due to my unbalanced hormones due to my PCOS. I just started taking B12 to help with my anxiety and energy so I am hoping that helps, but I need more tips. I am just so tired of my mood swings and low energy levels. Any advice would help!
