Help!
I'm unsure how to go about losing weight, gaining muscle and getting toned. Being that I'm 4 months postpartum, I do have a bit of loose skin on my belly that I'm concerned about and I heard that gaining muscle can help with that, I'm not positive but I would love to try anyway. How would I go about that exactly? Another mom told me to look into getting protein supplements? I'm just trying to avoid getting anymore loose skin by losing more weight. Any tips/suggestions?
