Used to always enjoy, now just hurts

My husband and I have been together 5 years now. I used to always enjoy having sex with him and he would make me orgasm about every other time. Now sex is always uncomfortable and sometimes even painful. Because of it, I never really want to have sex anymore and when we do, I only end up orgasming once a month if that. Any advise or explanations?
