Period talk

Ladies, do any of you have kind of light weird periods my period has been weird this month, one bathroom trip it's normal then the other there's Like nothing or it's a lighter red. I've been stressing a lot over things now and leading up to my period so I think that's it but normally when I'm stressed it's just late not light but it was right on time ?
