Is sex on your period better than sex not on your period?

I'm really curious because I've had sex but never on my period. I assumed it'd be bad but some of my friends have said it's better? Anyone comment?

it can be better, espcially if your sex drive is high. it can help with cramps, or it can sometimes make them worse

Depends on how sore you are. In general though you are more sensitive and it's easier to get things going. It's no messier than regular sex, the only difference there is that the fluid appears red. Thus it's a problem for people who like to get away with not changing their sheets for long periods of time.

Different? yes. Better? no.   it's a hell of a lot messier but it does help with cramping and hormonal headaches. It's still good but personally prefer the freedom of moving around wherever without worry of bleeding all over the place
