Flipping the Script on Before & After Weightloss Photos

Mother, Allison Kimmey is trying to portray herself at her happiest rather than at her thinnest on instagram.

She had this conversation with her young daughter over the summer:

"Kimmey: 'What did you say about me?'

Daughter: 'I said you were fat, Mama. I'm sorry.'

Kimmey: 'Let's talk about it. The truth is, I am not fat. No one IS fat. It's not something you can BE. But I do HAVE fat. We ALL have fat. It protects our muscles and our bones and keeps our bodies going by providing us energy.'"

She wants to show her daughter that you are more than your clothing size.
