I personally wouldnt wear a dress to a concert but charlotte russe and forever 21 tend to have things like that

I recently went to a lady Gaga concert and this is something similar to what I wore. Minus the sunglasses and I wore black high waisted jeans that were ripped with boots .

I agree with dee , what kind of concert is it ? Those look like club outfits . Personally I wouldn't wear a dress like that. But I guess it just depends on the concert and where it is and the music
