hey y'all. I'm new to this but I was wondering what early symptoms of being preggo are. I went to my GYN to have something's checked out and at first she thought I had a uti from constantly having to go here lately, but there was only a little blood and no other symptoms or signs of a uti. So she said it is also a sign of early pregnancy and did a blood pregnancy test. Well now I just had a bright red spotting 11 days before my period. Is that a symptom too or no?

And what about heavy bleeding 10 days early? woke up full fledge period mode. could my cycle just be off? if so what could be causing my other symptoms?
