Deployed & needs help

So I'm currently deployed in the Middle East and need some advice. I am lucky to be in a place where I have enough wifi to talk to my wife almost daily, but with that comes some challenges. I feel like our conversations are becoming stale because I can't come back and talk about my day at all. Can I get some ideas from couples that are going through the same thing or anyone that may have some helpful input? Thank you!
