I stopped taking them at the end of the sugar pill week at the end of July. I just had my first natural period but I've had pretty bad withdrawal symptoms starting from about two weeks after my period started. I've had cramps, low back ache and sore breasts. I thought it would go away with my period but my boobs are still pretty sore. I never had symptoms like this before, even when I stopped taking these exact same pills over a year ago. I only took them again since I got married and wanted to delay potentially conceiving but I only took them for 4 months.
