Endometriosis - what worked for you?

Good morning ladies,

I would like to hear some stories from women who suffer from Endometriosis and were able to get pregnant and how.

I had a the surgery 2 years ago and my specialist told me I would be pregnant in 2 months. Not true.

He now wants to do artificial insemination. My husbands sperm is fine, its beyond fine. It actually hit above all the averages in several categories.

I don't understand how artificial insemination will increase my chances. My husbands sperm has no problem getting to the egg, I am assuming it is an implantation problem thanks to my Endo.

Did artificial insemination work for any of you ladies? Or should we go straight to IVF and not waste our $$?
