Hey ladies,

Need advice, 8/22-8/25 i had a very light period that went from brown to red to pink with no signs of cramps. Took a test with blue dye that was faint took a pink dye test and negative. Usually i have tender breast and cramps. Now yesterday and today i am having cramps and tender breasts. A week and a half later! What do you guys think is going on. Also i was on vitex from 7/1 until 8/22 and recently stoped. Advise please whats going onp
