If Clomid fails..... next steps?

A few months ago I was diagnosed with PCOS and have been taking provera to start a bleed and the Clomid to assist with ovulation. I have had provera fail 2x now and several rounds of Clomid fail. This month will be the max Clomid I am allowed to take (200mg) i have produced 3cm-5cm follicles every round but no actual ovulation. if this round doesn't work I am being sent to an endocrinologist.

So my question, what will they do? What are the treatment options next? January 2018 will be 3 years ttc #2.
