A little background on me and my husband to be.

I was raised in America as an Episcopalian. I always dreamed of the traditional white wedding with dress and veil, in a church that is in all the movies.

But I have converted to Islam. And my husband to be is Muslim to the core.

I know almost nothing of Muslim weddings. But I want to do a traditional Muslim wedding. But I also want to get as close to my ideal American/English "Christian" wedding I always dreamed about without the Christianity aspect. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can achieve this? Has anyone else done this or been to one like this? Anything helps!!
