can formula make my baby sick?

two months we've been ebf i gave her 3oz formula yesterday & now today she's been getting really sick spitting up so much. could it be the formula? i feel so bad :( doc office is closed or i would have called

If the formula doesn't agree with baby yep.
Just like some foods can make adults sick.
My boy was 90% formula fed so I can't really offer much help :(

Of course it can. She's not used to it and it may be one that doesn't agree with her. Maybe go back to BF until you get a recommendation?

have you tried a gentle formula and mixing with breast milk to get his tummy used to it? I mixed them at first to make the transition easier. I haven't breastfed since 6 months so other than that I don't have much advice.
