Strep b swab?

Just wondering y'all's experience. I can't remember having this done with my oldest. My ob informed me today next apt they will be swabbing my bottom?

The literally just swab the edge of your vagina with a cotton swab. It takes two seconds.

They gave me the q-tip and told me to swab vagina towards anus and then put the q-tip inside the tube. and if it changes colors then you might have it. Everything was fine with mine. I went to the bathroom to do mine. I felt embarrassed

It's a very simple swab (dab) outside of your anus and another just barely inside of your vagina. It took 2 seconds and you'll get your results within a few days. Easy and nothing to worry about!

Mine was a vaginal swab then a quick swab outside the butthole lol

I've had it twice- first was both the vagina and anus. The second was only the vagina. 
Different OBs test different ways 🤷‍♀️
