Please help!

I'm 19 and weigh about 190-192 pounds. I really want to know where and how to start my weight loss journey. My first goal is to lose 10 pounds by my 20th birthday which is a little over a month away (October 10th). I'm currently unemployed so I'm limited on healthy foods I can buy. If there's any tips, encouragement, or suggestions anyone can give me, please do! I've been struggling with my weight for so long! I love how pretty I am but my body makes me so insecure.
