So I really want to do my hair like this !!!!!

My hair is shorter than this .. but I do have black extensions my question is how in the world would I be able to do this look with my black extensions would I need to bleach the extensions then dye them grey !!?I know nothing when it comes to hair makeup I do but not hair lol someone HELP ME !
