Hey! My 4 month old son can go to bed on his own with the help of a pacifier. It disrupts his naps when he turns his head and it falls out and before you know it it's under his forehead or belly and he can't move it. Night time sleeping is not disturbed by this thank goodness!

Any suggestions for the pacifier being used for naps? I tried to show him is hands today while he woke prematurely from a nap bc of the pacy but he wasn't having it (he sucks his hands in the middle of the night sometimes to soothe). Just want him to nap undisturbed!
