any ladies dealing with horrible back pain and have good remedies? I'm 32+4, and the middle of my back between my ribs and shoulder blades feels like it's being squeezed in a vice! It's giving me shortness of breath at times. Short of taking Tylenol and propping up against a heating pad I'm not sure how to get rid of it. I was in tears this morning and the other day. Gonna ask my doctor Monday at my appointment but just wanted to see if anyone had any good remedies. Thanks!!
