My doctor is horrible...sorry long story

So with my son I had preeclampsia and high blood pressure along with anemia. Well I had to get a new doctor this time around and she isn't even concerned at all about my past problems or anything. When I went in to get my sonogram I was 7w2d and she said that the heartbeat was there and she measured it but she wouldn't let me listen to it and when she took the pictures they were so blurry... it was just really upsetting and she didn't even tell me anything. I was in there for 5 min and then I was done.... I just felt rushed and didn't get to see my baby... I'm just really upset and hurt that she didn't even take the time for me to see anything or tell me anything. She didn't even check my vitals before hand or set up another appt for later. (Yes this is my regular obgyn doctor not a tech) does this look like a 7week old fetus?
