Why don't I want sex with my husband anymore?

I am a married 31 year old. I've been with my husband 13 years. But lately I'm never in the mood. I am always exhausted, and always fall asleep on him. I love him very much and find him attractive. I just have no energy. It's that normal at my age? Please help.

I'm 35 with 3 kids. I feel like we all go through phases. I was always so stressed from work, kids, and home that I'd get exhausted. We talked about it I explained to him why I wasn't turned on when I was so overwhelmed and stress. My husband stepped right up and never stopped pitching in. In return, I make sure I have energy and time for him. It's a win/win

Sounds like you're over-tired more than anything else. Hard to feel sexy when you just wanna pass out. I would go to a doctor because there could be a million reasons for having low energy and low libido and we don't know you well enough to try to guess which one.

You need to find a way to put the spark back in, talk about it with him and find something that is that brings excitement to both of you. Maybe try something you haven't yet like buying shoes to wear during sex or a tie doesn't have to be anything crazy just something small can bring it back and go from there

Maybe try some macca root to boost libido. Also get some b12 to help with being tired. 
You can also call your dr and get a work up check all you vitamin levels. Sometimes it's simple things. 
Also like the previous post we all get into a lull sometimes.
