irritation??

any home remedies on irritation? I went to my Dr and got tested for any STDs. she said everything looked fine (no yeast infection)....she told me to quit taking baths but the itchness won't go away 😯😯 only thing that I've changed lately is toilet paper. I've heard that can have am impact.  any suggestions?? I'm desperate

the only thing I've changed that I can think of is toilet paper. I was taking a bunch of baths and I got some vagisal wash after my last yeast infection. I legit got tested for every std that they can test for. waiting on test results to come back and if that's negative then Dr said we can go from there
