Constipation a sign of pregnancy??

Sorry, this is TMI! But I am pretty regular with my bowel movements. The last 4 days have been pretty crucial for me with constipation lol & I am not suppose to see af on September 12th!! Could this be an early sign of pregnancy?

I had severe constipation in my first weeks! Like i couldnt go for 3 weeks had too see a doctor... so it was a big sign for me x
