opk help
I posted yesterday but didn't get any responses. I need advice. I have never done a opk before. Any brands you reccomend? when should I start testing in my cycle? How often should I test? what's an lh surge? Please help ladies I been ttc for 5 years 😭I attached a picture of this month's info.
