It's killing me

My period started yesterday in it is killing me I normally don't get cramps in if I do I really don't feel them well I do but it doesn't kill me like this on top of that school starts on Monday in my period last for like a week In I play basketball i do not no what to do I'm hurting in the blood clots are freaking huge
