So my fiancé and I are getting married in December, and we like the idea of doing a first look. And just in case you don't know what that is, it's where it's just the bride and groom & the photographer (family can also be included). Our logic is, it would be more intimate, we would get a lot of the nerves out of the way (read our own personal vows of we wanted), we could take quite a few of our pictures with the bridal party before the ceremony so that way we could spend more time with our guests.

The only problem is that both my mom and sister think that's a stupid idea, and say they're fine with it but act annoyed and judgy whenever I talk about it.
