Fever orpossible pregnancy symptom?

im on cd 18 of round 4 of clomid 50mg cd3-7 and estradiol cd7-17. Been bd every other day from cd9 to cd 15. On cycle day 16 I started having a low grade fever and by the end of the day I was up to 101.6. The next day the fever was gone but my temperature was still higher than normal for me. Its been up ever since. I beleive I may have ovulated around cd15 but i didn't take any opk test. I know its too early to tell but did anyone else have this happen and end up with a BFP?
