SOY Isoflavone dosage???

Nicole • PCOS and TTC for Years Unsuccessfully. Now we have transitioned into a "waiting family" looking for our miracle baby through adoption.

Hello everyone,

I wanted to get 100mg of soy isoflavones this cycle, but am confused of the dosage. It is a soy isoflavone concentrate with 50 mg per pill, but then it specifies 20mg isoflavone. So would I take 2 pills... or 5 pills to get 100mg of isoflavones?
