I saw this video on YouTube today and it is called using the thumbs up technique or the flipple technique to get your baby on with the deep latch it is amazing and I have only used it in the last two nursing sessions just today since I've learned about it with my daughter and it was such a difference between how she was previously latching and it makes your breast hurt way less. I thought that my daughter was getting a good latch and it turns out she wasn't getting a deep enough latch because now that I've tried that method that I found online is been great.
