Illegal Fiancée Continued..
Okay so that's the marriage thing.
But what about signing our daughters birth certificate!? Is he even allowed to do that?
He has his ID from Mexico and a passport. but not one from the US since he just walked here. No visa or anything. He also doesn't have a SSN.
And can he even be in the hospital with me? I really do not want him sent back!
