I know nobody here is a doctor, but...what would you do?

My 1 year old has had a fever for two days now. This morning it got up to 103, we had some tylenol and are naked but it's only down to 101. He's drinking ok but not hungry. He also had shots on Wednesday and his gums are swollen so he's teething (molars) Should I take him to urgent care just to be safe? UPDATE: the fever ended up lasting about 4/5 days and afterward he got a really bad rash so we went to the doctor. Turns out both the fever and the rash were from his MMR vaccine. luckily they cleared up on their own, but it was a rough couple weeks.
