Birth control question
So last night I took my last "real" birth control pill, which means today I need to start my period. But I haven't yet. So tonight, do I take a sugar pill and continue the pattern as it goes? Or do I start a new pack and take a real pill tonight? Sorry I'm new to this! Thanks for any feedback. :)
