douching
okay this is my first time every posting like this. but i have to ask. is douching good or bad???? i find it im sentive down there anyways. but when i douch and have sex the same day. i feel pain during sex. what is a alternative to douching??? or best way to take care of ur area??? i use s/e wash but i didnt know if i should be doing more. please help.
