does anyone have experience with red raspberry leaf tea to bring on labor. I'm so ready to have this baby and over due. everyone please share your experience and how much tea I should drink a day and if it worked or didnt!!! thanks

It's doesn't help bring labor on. It helps make contractions more effective when they do start. It's like a toner for your uterus. I started drinking two cups a day at 37 weeks and now I am 39+3 and still doing 2 cups a day but doubling the tea bags up so it is stronger.

Doesn't start labor, helps strengthen your uterus for labor. I started drinking 1 cup a day at 29 weeks and will switch to two cups a day around 36 weeks.
