Hello Glow Family,

I have an older boyfriend who has anxiety and depression.

Although he told me this, I notice that he doesn't respond to anyone's calls or texts, including mine. He tells me that when he gets depressed, he doesn't respond to anyone. I know that's how it is with depression but it hurts when I don't hear from him.

I would like to know if you guys have a significant other living with depression and anxiety, and how do you go about supporting him/her?
