Worried about weight gain..
So I'm almost 21 weeks. I started out this pregnancy at 175 which is about 10 lbs higher than where I'd like to be. I'm a very muscly-built person and my BMI according the the "scale" is almost obese, but clearly I'm not. Lol. Anyway, I lost some at the beginning of this pregnancy, but now I'm back up to about 170, probably more. How do I make sure I don't gain more weight?? I don't need to gain more. With my first pregnancy (for reference, I started at 175, lost almost 20, and gained it back, but delivered at 176lbs. Baby was completely healthy and after he was born I was about 163. I gained the rest back after I had him (I stress eat, not an excuse, just what I do). Advice please??? For anyone who has seen my post about the Reese's I don't get them anymore!! I'm trying to be good lol 😂
