EPO, ACV, and Fish Oil for acne, PCOS and weight?

Has anyone taken all, some or one of these for symptoms and conditions like acne weight and PCOS??

Can I take all 3 at once or will ACV interact poorly with the capsules/oils?

How many times a day and what dosage?

For fertility AND EPO I'm supposed to take them from CD1 until O right? What if its also for ACNE will it still work if I only take it a couple weeks at a time? what if I can't pinpoint O or don't O??

I'm just looking for experiences not medical opinions. Thanks!

P.S. I'm 5'7 and 170, looking to lose 10 to 20 lbs maybe 30.
