Hope I'm pregnant

Hi Me and my Hubby have been ttc in June I misscarried and since end of July I just have had spotting I been super nauseous and my boobs hurt my lower back hurts and my belly is getting bigger so are my boobs went to doctor and got a negative test but with my nine year old son I had this problem. I didn't find out till I was three months with him but I want a baby and am really hoping for this has anyone else been though this I took at test a week ago and got a really faint second line help
